Returns and Refunds
This policy explains how EverDuvet handles eligible returns, refund requests, damaged items, and customer support after purchase.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, customers must contact us at support@everduvet.com with the order number and reason for the return.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with original packaging when applicable. Bedding products that show signs of use, washing, damage, stains, odors, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item. Return instructions will be provided after the request is reviewed.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items. If you need a different product, size, or color, please contact us and we will provide the available options.
